Ausbau der bestehenden Kamera-Plattform um automatischen Logoff bei Inaktivität und automatische Anonymisierung von Personen und Gesichtern — pro Kamera zuschaltbar.
Die Kamera-Plattform aus der ursprünglichen Offerte ist umgesetzt und in Betrieb: Live-Bild, Tageszeitraffer, Datums-Bereichsübersicht, Archiv mit Such- und Filterfunktionen, Downloads, Standortkarte und Multi-Kamera-Übersicht — dazu die Verwaltung von Kunden, Standorten und Kameras im Admin-Bereich.
Seither sind aus dem produktiven Betrieb zwei konkrete Anforderungen dazugekommen. Beide sind klar abgegrenzt, unabhängig voneinander umsetzbar und bauen direkt auf der bestehenden Architektur auf.
Nutzer werden nach einer konfigurierbaren Zeit ohne Aktivität automatisch abgemeldet — serverseitig, nicht nur im Browser.
Gesichts- und Personenerkennung mit automatischer Verpixelung, pro Kamera ein- und ausschaltbar.
Aus der ursprünglichen Offerte: Die Anonymisierung war dort unter «Sicherheit & Datenschutz» erwähnt und am Ende des Dokuments als offener Punkt markiert — mit dem ausdrücklichen Hinweis, dass eine massgeschneiderte Entwicklung noch besprochen und separat eingepreist werden muss. Mit dieser Offerte schliessen wir genau diese Lücke.
Für jedes Modul ist der Lieferumfang verbindlich aufgeführt — und ebenso, was nicht enthalten ist. Was nicht unter «Lieferumfang» steht, ist nicht Teil des Angebots. Für Modul 2 gelten zusätzlich die Bestimmungen auf Seite 05; sie sind Bestandteil dieses Angebots.
Nach einer definierten Zeit ohne Aktivität wird die angemeldete Sitzung beendet. Bewusst schlank gehalten: eine Mechanik, ein Regelwerk, eine Konfiguration — keine Sonderfälle, die im Betrieb später niemand mehr nachvollziehen kann.

Diese Punkte sind technisch machbar und werden auf Wunsch separat offeriert.
Für ausgewählte Kameras lokalisiert eine automatische Erkennung Personen und Gesichter im Bild und macht diese Bereiche unkenntlich. Der gewählte Ansatz ist Anonymisierung beim Import: Die Verarbeitung erfolgt beim Bildeingang, gespeichert wird ausschliesslich die anonymisierte Fassung.
Der massgebliche Unsicherheitsfaktor bei Modul 2 ist nicht die Programmierung, sondern die Erkennungsqualität auf den realen Bildern dieser Installation. Deshalb ist dem Modul ein Proof-of-Concept mit Entscheidungspunkt vorgeschaltet. Die dort gemessene Rate ist zugleich das vereinbarte Abnahmekriterium (Seite 05).
Modellauswahl und Test an echten Bildern aus dem Bestand — verschiedene Kameras, Tageszeiten und Wetterlagen. Gemessen werden Trefferquote, Fehlalarme und Rechenlast pro Bild. Ergebnis: ein schriftlicher Bericht mit Empfehlung.
CHF 2'400Auf Basis der gemessenen Zahlen entscheidet der Kunde über Umsetzung und Modus. Fällt das Ergebnis unter die Erwartung, werden Alternativen besprochen, bevor der Umsetzungsaufwand ausgelöst wird.

CHF 5'900Zusätzliche Rechenlast: Die Erkennung läuft für jedes eingehende Bild und belastet den Server deutlich stärker als die heutige Verarbeitung. Ob die bestehende Dimensionierung ausreicht oder zusätzliche Rechenleistung nötig wird, ergibt sich aus der Lastmessung im Proof-of-Concept. Allfällige Mehrkosten beim Hosting werden dort beziffert und sind in dieser Offerte nicht enthalten.
Die Anonymisierung ist eine technische Schutzmassnahme, keine Rechtsgarantie. Die nachfolgenden Bestimmungen gelten mit der Annahme dieses Angebots als vereinbart und sind dessen Bestandteil.

Extending the existing camera platform with automatic logoff on inactivity and automatic anonymisation of people and faces — enabled per camera.
The camera platform from the original proposal has been delivered and is in production: live view, daily time-lapse, date-range view, archive with search and filters, downloads, location map and multi-camera overview — plus the administration of clients, sites and cameras in the admin area.
Since then, two concrete requirements have come out of day-to-day operation. Both are clearly scoped, can be delivered independently of one another, and build directly on the existing architecture.
Users are logged out automatically after a configurable period of inactivity — server-side, not just in the browser.
Face and person detection with automatic pixelation, switchable on and off per camera.
From the original proposal: Anonymisation was mentioned there under "Security & data protection" and flagged at the end of the document as an open item — with the explicit note that custom development would need to be discussed and priced separately. This proposal closes exactly that gap.
For each module the scope of delivery is stated bindingly — as is what is not included. Anything not listed under "Scope of delivery" is not part of this offer. For module 2 the provisions on page 05 apply in addition; they form part of this offer.
After a defined period without activity the signed-in session is terminated. Deliberately kept lean: one mechanism, one set of rules, one configuration — no special cases that nobody can trace in operation later on.

These items are technically feasible and will be quoted separately on request.
For selected cameras, automatic detection locates people and faces in the image and renders those regions unrecognisable. The chosen approach is anonymisation on import: processing happens at image ingest, and only the anonymised version is stored.
The decisive uncertainty in module 2 is not the programming — it is detection quality on the real images of this installation. The module is therefore preceded by a proof-of-concept with a decision point. The rate measured there is at the same time the agreed acceptance criterion (page 05).
Model selection and testing against real images from the existing archive — different cameras, times of day and weather. We measure hit rate, false positives and compute load per image. Output: a written report with a recommendation.
CHF 2,400Based on the measured numbers the client decides on delivery and mode. Should the result fall below expectation, alternatives are discussed before the delivery spend is triggered.

CHF 5,900Additional compute load: detection runs for every incoming image and puts significantly more load on the server than today's processing. Whether the current sizing is sufficient or additional compute is required will come out of the load measurement in the proof-of-concept. Any additional hosting cost will be quantified there and is not included in this offer.
Anonymisation is a technical safeguard, not a legal guarantee. The following provisions are deemed agreed upon acceptance of this offer and form part of it.
